๐ Job Profile
The Retail Sales Desk Agent would be located at the respective Retail Center and would be responsible for the Retail Sales and Retails Store Management. The Job Holder would bare overall responsibility over the revenue of the respective Retail Center, drives sales activation and program to achieve sales targets aligning with the local sales strategies. Further, the Job holder would be accountable to manage the Retail Store in the best of Brand presentation to create the highest impact through customer experience.

ใ~ใโช A full or part qualification in sales/marketing.
ใ~ใโช Communication maturity-excellent oral and written skills are needed.
ใ~ใโช Balanced and unbiased view of situations (impersonal analysis) to be objectively focused in revolving/escalating issues. Excellent interpersonal skills.
ใ~ใโช Basic computer cooperation skills.
ใ~ใโช Exceptional patience level.
ใ~ใโช Perseverance to bring issues to logical conclusion.
ใ~ใโช Converse ability in Tamil would be an advantage.
