Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
Supervise and train staff to maintain excellent standards of hospitality.
Manage reservations, customer relations, and complaint resolution.
Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control.
Coordinate with the kitchen and management teams to ensure efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all restaurant policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Good knowledge of restaurant operations, staff management, and food service standards.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
