Key Responsibilities
Invoice raising and revenue reconciliation
Receivables tracking and follow-ups
Daily bank transaction recording and reconciliation
Maintaining accounts and proper filing/documentation
Payroll processing and salary workings
Sales commission calculations and workings
Monthly accounts finalization on a timely basis
Preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
Supporting management with financial summaries and reporting accuracy
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of accounting systems and reporting
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Able to work independently and maintain timelines
Minimum 2 hours daily commitment required
Must be able to finalize monthly accounts within 3 days from month-end
Able to visit the office on and off when required for documentation and coordination
