【~】✪ G.C.E O/L and A/L is required.

【~】✪ Minimum 10 years experience in automotive repair and maintenance.

【~】✪ Should have excellent negotiation skills/communication skills / people management skills / Time Management

【~】✪ Candidates with an established customer base will have an added advantage.

【~】✪ Age between 35 - 45

【~】✪ Main work location will be Mulleriyawa.

# 💠 Roles and Responsibilities

【~】✪ Supervise and lead the service team, including technicians and service advisors, ensuring effective teamwork and high performance.

【~】✪ Diagnose complex vehicle issues and provide technical guidance and support to the team.

【~】✪ Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of the service area and equipment to ensure optimal operational conditions.

【~】✪ Monitor and manage workflow, prioritizing tasks to maximize efficiency and productivity.

【~】✪ Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to technicians and staff, fostering continuous development.

【~】✪ Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure all work meets or exceeds customer expectations.

【~】✪ Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

【~】✪ Manage inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and ordering parts and supplies as needed.

【~】✪ Maintain accurate records of all service work performed, ensuring proper documentation for quality control and reporting purposes.
