Position: HR Manager
# Responsibilities
• Preparing daily attendance Report & submit to all department on
time.
• Recruitment management (Personal files managing & Recruitment process)
• Employee grievance handling.
• Handling HRD Programs for staff members.
• Providing documents of salaries / EPF/ETF /OT/Meal allowances and other statutory requirements on time for payroll.
• Update & maintain all HR Books.
• Handle interview process
• Adhere to all ISO Procedures & Quality Management System and Work Instructions given by Department heads.
• Administrating daily head count in all departments & reporting to the management.
• Preparing monthly HR budget (Recruitment budget & Salary budget)
• All meeting management.
• Any other administration duties assigned by management
# Requirements and Qualifications
• Passed G.C.E A/L
• Followed a HR course in recognize institute.
• At least 2 years experience in same position.
• Comfortable working in a highly visible role
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
• High organizing Skills
• Positive, go-getter attitude
• Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
• Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
• Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs will be an added
advantage
