We are looking for a chef with experience of making original arabic style shawarma and Indian cuisine such as chicken korma and naan bread for a brand new restaurant.
The restaurant will have shisha and main cuisines of Indian and arabic style food. the role of head chef will be to maintain and create a menu and coordinate and control full kitchen and orders. Chef will need to do food stocking and analysis of stocks as well.
Accommodation can be settled in Gampaha for chef. (for foreign chefs)
We are especially looking for a chef who's had prior experience in a middle eastern country.
Salary can be further negotiated with experience and skill.
