Are you detail-oriented and experienced in managing financial records? We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Accounts Assistant to join our team at Infinite Business Ventures (Pvt) Ltd. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial data, supporting financial operations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers

Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions

Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and credit card statements

Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures

Support the preparation of financial statements and reports

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations

Assist with payroll processing as needed

Perform general administrative tasks to support the finance team

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field

Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Effective communication and interpersonal skills
