Factory Supervisor - Urgent (Boralesgamuwa)
Surgical products (Mask, gloves, Caps etc. ) Manufacturing Company and its Factory located in Raththanapitiya, Boralesgamuwa looking for Factory Supervisor for immediate recruitment.
Requirement:
Age: Below 35 years
Higher National Diploma, Diploma, GCE AL, or equivalent.
3+ years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with production processes and equipment.
Knowledge of manufacturing practices and lean principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems (preferred).
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Working days: Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.00 only. and Saturday 8.30 to 12.30.
Salary: Basic: LKR 50,000/- (Negotiable) + Company benefits offered.
