The Executive Listing Operations of ikman holds ultimate responsibility for carrying out helpdesk operations in timely manner to be on par with agreed SLA’s.
What we look for...
• Provide assistance / support for incoming queries and issues (over the phone) related to
• Respond to email messages of customers seeking help related to their advertisements.
• Assisting walk-in customers related to their advertisements.
• Carry out help desk operations in a timely manner to be on par with agreed SLA’s.
• Adherence to break schedules.
• Maintaining agreed Quality standards.
Experience and Qualification
• GCE O/L, A/L
• Experience in the relevant field will be an added advantage
• Should be a team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Ability to work under pressure
