About the role

ikman.lk is currently the largest local website in the country and has already established itself as a famous brand across the island. ikman.lk consists of a team of super performers who work day and night, dedicating themselves to delivering a great service.

The Executive holds ultimate responsibility to contribute in generating revenue to the company while achieving the set KPI’s.

Who we are looking for?

- Ability to work on roster basis, 05 days per week across Monday to Sunday

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual or Trilingual skills are an added advantage

- Passed in G.C.E. O/L, A/L or pending A/L results

- Prior experience in customer care/ call center will be an added advantage. Freshers are welcome for this role

- Should be a team player with good personality

- Ability to work under pressure
