The Executive – Field Operations of ikman holds ultimate responsibility for Attending to the allocated leads on time and settling the payments on time while having the ability to manage the allocated customer visits of the given route.
Duties & Responsibilities
Collect the payments of the assigned leads and settle on time
Deliver the items to the customer on assigned routes
Pick up items from the sellers
Load / Unload items from the seller to office
Maintain ongoing communication with the route dispatcher
Working friendly and closely with the stakeholders
Who we look for
1+ years of experience in Sales
Motorbike and a valid riding license is mandatory
Successful completion of G.C.E O/L or A/L (pending results)
Ability to achieve Sales targets
Outstanding communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills with go getter attitude
