The Executive (Field Operations) - Avissawella of ikman holds ultimate responsibility for attending to the allocated leads on time and settling the payments on time while having the ability to managing the allocated customer visits of the given route.
Duties and Responsibilities;
Collect the payments of the assigned leads and settle on time
Deliver the items to the customer on assigned routes
Pick up items from the sellers
Load / Unload items from the seller to office
Maintain ongoing communication with the route dispatcher
Working friendly and closely with the stakeholders
You should....
Have minimum 5 passes in G.C.E O\L
Having previous experience in similar field will be an advantage
Strong customer service and soft skills
Must possess a positive and professional attitude
Valid driving license
Ability to work in any route in Colombo
