The Customer Support Executive (Ad Moderator) of ikman holds ultimate responsibility for reviewing ads by maintaining high inventory quality by assuring the conformance to the ad reviewing guidelines, before the ads are being published.
What we look for...
-Reviewing Ads, respond to Social Media, Google play console, CS desk emails and customer’s emails
-Resolve customer complaints
-Identify and escalate issues to escalation team
-Document all logs (Social media, Google Play console, CS Desk & Customer emails ) according to standard operating procedures
Experience and Qualification
Successfully completed Advanced Level examination or equivalent
