About the role

Duties and Responsibilities
● Calling the buyers and sellers and handling the unreachable calls
● Update correct information to the system such as services charges, seller charges, confirm address details and other information
● Handle and log all inquiries/concerns/complaints on chat line
● Co-ordinate and print daily invoices and handing over to relevant teams and maintain an accurate list of printed invoices along with printed dates
● Handle customer emails received from help desk

Qualifications Required
• Passed GCE O/L & A/L Examination
• Minimum one-year experience in the field of customer care center
• Preferably age limit between 18 – 25 years
• Target oriented and ability to work with minimum supervision
• Excellent communication skills with English, Sinhala and Tamil is essential
