WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS
1+ years of experience in Field sales / Business development.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Valid rider’s license and a motorbike is mandatory.
Resides in or around Kandy / Jaffna / Batticaloa.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve the set sales targets and KPI’s within the stipulated period.
Carry out relevant tasks set out by the Team Lead towards achieving set goals.
Create / Manage / Nurture / Maintain a strong customer pipeline to ensure continuous sales growth.
Provide relevant market / competitor feedback on a regular basis to your respective lead.
Educate and train customers to maximize the benefit of their membership through effective ad posting / boosting at the right times.
Maintain the highest level of integrity and work ethic at all times.
