Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the teams and increase the efficiency by providing coaching and trainings to the team
Handle customer complaints including escalations, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and help guide junior members of the department.
Admin updates / shop creations & edits / geo updates for member management
Successfully completed Advanced Level examination or equivalent
Proficiency in English (oral and written)
Solid knowledge of Google Sheet
Establishes a strong leadership presence within the Department by being involved.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Results-driven, action-oriented, and self-motivated mindset
Willingness to take extra responsibilities
