The Executive – Customer Support/ Telesales of ikman holds ultimate responsibility to contribute in generating
sales / revenue to the company while achieving the set KPI’s.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Contact the lead base and convert them in to sales.
• Convincing customers while maintaining a good conversion rate.
• Achieve monthly sales / revenue targets.
• Reviewing Ads, respond to Social Media, Google play console, CS desk emails and customer’s emails
• Resolve customer complaints
What We Look For...
• Passed GCE O/L & A/L examinations
• Minimum one year experience in the fields of telesales/customer care
• Preferably between 18 – 25 years of age
• Should be target oriented and able to work with minimum supervision
• Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala. Tamil will be an added advantage
