We're a small but dynamic freight forwarding company , and we're looking for a Energetic, Dedicated and Quick Learning person for Customer Service and Documentation Executive to Join Our Team.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
* Handle Customer inquiries with empathy
* Provide Exceptional Customer Support
* Build Strong Customer Relationship
* Communicate Professionally with Internal and External
teams/ agencies
* Processes orders accurately and efficiently
* Order tracking and Maintain accurate record of orders and
shipments
* Ensure Timely Submission of accurate Reports
We're Expecting:
* Excellent Communication and customer service skills
* Proficiency in MS office, Particularly usage of MS Excel
* Should be able to communicate in Sinhala/Tamil and
English (Basic)
* Attention to details and Problem Solving skills
* Prior experience in freight forwarding or logistic is an
advantage
