# POSITION : Customer Care Executive (Male)
# JOB ROLE
~ Handle day-to-day customer’s inquiries reached over the phone, email or occasionally in person.
~ Prepare and maintain customer feedback and documenting.
~ Maintaining an online ticketing system.
# REQUIREMENTS :
~ G.C.E. (O/L)
~ Computer literacy (Ms Office package, Internet & Email).
~ Fluency in English & Sinhala/Tamil languages.
~ Good interpersonal & communication skills.
~ Being sharp minded with positive attitudes.
