# Key Responsibilities ;
• Coordinate with customers and delegate their requirements without keeping any gaps/ shortfalls.
• Provide prompt and professional replies to all customers and update customer enquiries.
• Improve the overall customer relationship, delivering reliable support and customer service.
• Maintain effective customer care in order to enhance the good image of the company.
# Qualification , Experience and Abilities ;
• Smart, energetic and an outgoing personality with exceptional public relation and customer handling skills.
• A person who can work on customer focused culture and exceed customer expectation.
• Should have excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and flexible towards working hours.
• Previous experience in the field of customer care would be an added advantage.
