පාන්, පේස්ට්‍රි, කේක්, කුකීස් සහ විශේෂිත අයිතම ඇතුළු පුළුල් පරාසයක බේකරි ආහාර ද්‍රව්‍ය පිළියෙළ කර පිළිස්සීම.

ස්ථාවර නිෂ්පාදන ගුණාත්මකභාවය සහතික කිරීම සඳහා වට්ටෝරු සහ නිෂ්පාදන ප්රමිතීන් අනුගමනය කිරීම.

මිනුම් කෝප්ප සහ අනෙකුත් උපකරණ භාවිතා කරමින් අමුද්‍රව්‍ය නිවැරදිව මැනීම සහ මිශ්‍ර කිරීම.

උඳුන්, මික්සර් සහ ඇනූ තහඩු වැනි ෙබ්කිං උපකරණ ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීම සහ නඩත්තු කිරීම.

Key Responsibilities:

Baking and Food Preparation:

Prepare and bake a wide range of bakery items, including breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and specialty items.

Follow recipes and production standards to ensure consistent product quality.

Measure and mix ingredients accurately, using scales, measuring cups, and other equipment.

Operate and maintain baking equipment, such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.

සුදුසුකම්:

උසස් පාසල් ඩිප්ලෝමාව හෝ ඊට සමාන හෝ විධිමත් සූපශාස්ත්‍ර හෝ බේකින් අධ්‍යාපනය වඩාත් කැමති වේ.

බේකරිකරුවෙකු ලෙස හෝ අදාළ භූමිකාවක පෙර අත්දැකීම්.

බේකින් ශිල්පීය ක්රම සහ මූලධර්ම පිළිබඳ දැඩි අවබෝධයක්.

බේකින් උපකරණ සහ මෙවලම් පිළිබඳ ප්රවීණතාවය.

විශිෂ්ට කාල කළමනාකරණය සහ සංවිධානාත්මක කුසලතා.

විස්තර සහ නිර්මාණශීලීත්වය කෙරෙහි දැඩි අවධානයක්.

අවශ්‍ය පරිදි උදේ, රාත්‍රී, සති අන්ත සහ නිවාඩු දිනවල වැඩ කිරීමේ හැකියාව.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; formal culinary or baking education preferred.

Previous experience as a baker or in a related role.

Strong understanding of baking techniques and principles.

Proficiency with baking equipment and tools.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail and creativity.

Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
