The Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition & Business Development will exceed clients’ expectations and to add value to their business. The incumbent will be in charge of planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for the Executive Search Team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for new client acquisition, and maintaining and building relationships with existing clients for all type of recruitment needs
- Responsible for driving sourcing strategies for the Executive Search Team consistent with client goals and deliverables.
- Source potential candidates through online/offline channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) & knowledge on potential sourcing techniques to fulfill niche targets.
- Understand operational business & recruitment requirements for skill sets in IT, Finance, FMCG, Banking etc.
- Responsible for sourcing new candidates, screening, interviewing, presenting to clients and negotiating offers and closing.
- Develop, influence and execute sourcing strategies for passive and active candidates.
- Attend industry events to network with top talent and industry leaders.
- Prepare reports including market research, diversity mapping, and talent pipelining.
Who we look for
- Degree in Business Management or any other relevant field or professional qualification in HR (PQHRM)
- 3-5 years of experience with a proven track record as a recruiter/HeadHunter. Experience in business development will be an added advantage.
- Excellent understanding in HR best practices & labor legislations
- Strong technical and research capabilities, particularly in executive recruiting.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment while effectively managing multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously.
- Strong business ethics and ability to work independently in a confidential environment
