What we look for..
- A degree from a recognized university or equivalent qualification
- 3+ years of experience in a call center supervisory role
- Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala. Tamil will be an added advantage
- Experience in preparing and maintaining staff rosters
- People management and analytical skills is a must
