-Degree or equivalent professional Qualification in Management, Marketing or a relevant field.
-Have a minimum 5 years of experience in Operations & Customer Service including 2 years in a Team Lead position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop objectives for the customer support day-to-day activities.
- Monitoring customer service interactions to maintain service quality and consistency
- Monitor and manage the company's presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Live Chat
- Compiling and analyzing customer service data and metrics to assess team performance
- Motivate, guide and lead the team in order to achieve productivity and quality standard
- Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards
- Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources
- Evaluate performance with key metrics
- Generating reports and providing insights to senior management
- Implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience
