RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire advertisers in the real estate, housing, and automobile sectors while staying updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact to address their advertising needs and deliver customized solutions.
Negotiate contracts, exceed revenue targets, and prepare soles reports to track performance and forecast revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals, ensuring smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
Recognized degree in Marketing or Business Management (preferred).
Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in real estate, housing, or automobiles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Knowledge of advertising and digital marketing trends, along with proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and in teams,
