Job Title: All-Rounder Barista
Location: The Coffee Craft, Colombo
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM (Flexible shifts)
Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic All-Rounder Barista to join our team at The Coffee Craft. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the versatility to handle multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages with precision and consistency.
• Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring high-quality standards for all menu items.
• Take customer orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a friendly and welcoming experience.
• Handle the cash register, process payments, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Keep the café area clean and organized, including clearing tables, washing dishes, and maintaining equipment.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Prior experience in a barista or all-rounder role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
