Product Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of the products sold in the shop to answer customer questions and make recommendations.

Ability to learn about new products and updates to provide accurate information to customers.

Sales Skills:

Basic understanding of sales techniques to assist in promoting products and upselling when appropriate.

Ability to handle transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.

Language Proficiency:

Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) for effective communication with customers and colleagues.
