# POSITION : Receptionist cum Telephone Operator
Siyapatha Finance PLC wishes to announce the above job opening which exists in the Administration Department located at its Head Office.
Responsible for represent the face and voice of the company while ensuring an effective and efficient reception with client management activities.
# REQUIREMENTS :
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages to the appropriate personal
Welcome and guide Customers and Visitors in the reception.
Assist in the smooth functioning of day to day business operations.
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 Years experience on a switchboard
GCE A/L qualification.
Excellent command of English and Sinhala language. Ability to speak Tamil will be a distinct advantage.
Outgoing personality with pleasing personality.
Excellent Public Relation and communication skills.
Age – below 35 Years
