Responsible for day to day operational and back office functions in client service and management of client’s portfolio.
Promoting and mobilizing Deposit business both from individuals and corporate sector.
Implementing and maintaining sales plan according to the guidance given by the management.
Follow up customer inquiries.
Handle operational duties such as operating accounts, withdrawals, cash back loans, issuing deposit certificates, renewals and etc
Maintain professional and friendly relationship with existing and new customers.
Coordinating with branches and organizing monthly promotional campaigns.
Experience and Qualifications:
Passed GCE (A/L) with full or part qualification in SLIM/CIM/CIMA or equivalent.
Experience in a similar capacity of a financial institution will be a definite advantage.
Possesses excellent analytical & negotiation skills.
Excellent command of English and Sinhala languages. Ability to speak Tamil will be a distinct advantage.
Outgoing, productive & hard working personality with flair for public relations.
Age – Between 20-26 years.
Remuneration: Remuneration package is negotiable and would be in line with the applicant’s experience and qualifications.
