Siyapatha Finance PLC wishes to announce the above job opening which exists in the Operations Department in its Head Office.
Responsible for performing overall functions of the Facility from initiations and customer handling of the Operations Division on allocated branches while maintaining the policies, procedures of the Company and quality standards.
Checking all entered data in the system relating to all credit files of registered and unregistered vehicles by branches and ensuring accuracy of data.
Preparing the relevant check list according to the facility file and fulfill every requirement as per the check list before processing the credit facility.
Coordinate with all other divisions at the Head Office and branches to ensure a smooth and effective flow of operation.
Check the accuracy of securitization documents.
Administrate and maintain departmental deliverables within the service limits and time lines set by the top management.
Experience and Qualifications:
Good results in G.C.E (O/L) & (A/L).
University degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or part qualification in CIMA or
full or Part qualification in IBSL or full or Part professional qualification in SLICM will be an added advantage.
1-2 years working experience in a similar role in a Bank or reputed financial institution will be an added advantage.
Highly proficient in MS Office especially in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Excellent command of English and Sinhala languages. Ability to speak Tamil will be a distinct advantage.
Possesses exceptional logical reasoning and judgment capabilities.
Age – Between 20-26 years.
Remuneration package is negotiable and would be in line with the applicant’s experience and qualifications.
