MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
University Graduate in Human Resource Management with the class and/or
Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management/Training & Development
At least one year working experience in a Factory environment with experience in handling Human Recourses and Training and Development.
High degree of competency in Computer Literacy, and working experience with a sophisticated HR module
Involvement in Selection and Recruitment
Managing the Training & Development Centre
Managing the Performance Appraisal System and Competency Mapping
Involvement in Attendance, Salaries, EPF, ETF return submission, Labour Department returns etc.,

An Intelligent, Result Oriented, and Outgoing personality
Possess strong Leadership and Managerial qualities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Prepared to work with a high sense of responsibility with flexibility in working hours.
