• පරිගනක දැනුම - MS Word/ Excel

• English Knowledge
• Invoice දැමීම
• Quotation ගැනිම

Basic required qualifications are as follows;
• Computer literacy - MS Office (MS word, Excel, Power point),
• Email,
• Internet
• English: General ability to understand, read and write
Duties
• Calling quotations & purchasing of utilities and assets.
• Handling all the attendance.
• Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting.
• Plan and manage office space arrangements and managing office supplies.
• Assist on Payments and Handling invoices.
• Dealing promptly with incoming telephone calls, post and e-mail enquiries and back up receptionist.
