Responsibilities:
Prepare and generate customer invoices for products and services provided by Royal Pharmacy Lanka (Pvt) Ltd.
Review and verify the accuracy of customer invoice data, including pricing, quantities, and discounts.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for invoice preparation.
Assist with resolving billing discrepancies or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
High school diploma is an added advanatge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and experience with invoicing software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge in Pharmaceutical Industry is an added -advantage.
Proven experience in invoicing is a must.
