DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
【~】✪Perform secretarial work and provide managers with day-to-day administrative support
【~】✪Answering phone calls and managing correspondence
【~】✪Coordinating and scheduling meetings
【~】✪Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
【~】✪Scheduling appointments
【~】✪Organising events and conferences
【~】✪Compiling and preparing reports and management presentations
【~】✪Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
【~】✪Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
【~】✪Excellent oral and written communication skills
【~】✪Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
【~】✪Flexibility and adaptability
【~】✪Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Mail
