* 2 years experience in Human Resource Management/Recruitment.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Knowledge of general principles & recruitments.
* Being a ex-military officers with HR background are encouraged to apply.
* Candidates who are living in and around Wariyapola/Padeniya will have a distinct advantage.

# JOB ROLE :

Key Responsibilities
* Attract suitable candidates for business requirements on a target base.
* Identify and approach suitable candidates for headhunting /outsourcing via proper channels.
* Present Shortlisted CVs/Summaries for the management when required.
* Staff/Worker retention and other HR related work.
