SuperServ offers and manages Food Service Solutions to Multi-National Companies and Industries in Sri Lanka. At present we operate 45 units located island-wide providing over 120,000 meals per day. Our professionalism, trustworthiness and ability to maintain high quality product standards are richly complimented by the fact that a majority of our customers have retained us for more than 10 years while some have entrusted their faith in us since our inception in 1992.

We are currently in search of Head Chefs and Senior Sous Chefs to bolster our team of culinary professionals. This opportunity is best suited for self-motivated individuals with the capability to thrive in a dynamic work setting with little supervision.

# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

✪ Ensuring that all food and products are consistently prepared and

served according to our recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving

standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

✪ Training and supervising a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff

while maintaining a positive work environment.

✪ Monitoring inventory levels, minimizing waste, and controlling food

costs.

✪ Maintaining proper food holding and refrigeration temperature

control point Requirements

✪ A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a head chef/sous

chef or similar role in a hotel or a catering establishment.

✪ A qualification in the Fine Culinary Arts from a recognized institute.

✪ Extensive knowledge of Sri Lankan cuisine and cooking techniques.

✪ In-depth knowledge of costing, menu planning, and menu creation.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire

and motivate a diverse team.

✪ The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced

environment.
