About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and guest-centric individual to join our team as a Guests Relations and Reservations Executive. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

* Special Touches: Handle special requests such as dietary requirements, birthday celebrations, and anniversaries, creating personalized experiences.

* Concierge Expertise: Act as a concierge, providing recommendations and assisting guests with local arrangements.

* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate guest records and prepare comprehensive management reports.

* Communication Excellence: Handle all inquiries promptly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

* Departmental Collaboration: Provide necessary information to other departments, fostering seamless teamwork.
