Mirissa Bay Resort, a boutique hotel located in Mirissa, invites candidates with a minimum of 03 to 05 years of experience in a similar capacity to join us in the following positions;

# POSITION : Executive Chef


The Executive Chef will be responsible for;

~ Food production to achieve highest possible food quality, whilst reducing food cost & maintaining hygiene & safety.
~ Maintaining sufficient stocks in the stores & ensuring the quality standards of all food items purchased by at all time.
~ Assisting in controlling & minimizing food wastage & ensuring that costs are maintained as per the budget & monitoring staff adherence to proper food handling methods.
~ Ensuring guest satisfaction by handling guest complains & special requests while adhering to the brand standards.
~ Assisting in menu planning & employee training & development


The ideal candidates should;

~ Possess a Certificate in cookery from a recognized Hotel School.
