E-Commerce Operations Executive
Job Description:
• As an E-commerce Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our online retail platform to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction. Your role will encompass the following key responsibilities:
Product Management:
• Assist in the listing and management of products on our e-commerce platform.
• Ensure accurate product descriptions, high-quality images, and detailed specifications for all listings.
• Regularly update and organize product information to maintain a well-structured and up-to-date catalog.
Order Processing and Fulfillment:
• Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare packages for shipment with proper packaging and labeling.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to arrange for timely delivery and resolve any shipping issues.
Customer Support:
• Manage customer inquiries through various channels, including phone calls and social media platforms.
• Provide prompt and helpful assistance to address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
Website Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce website to ensure smooth functionality.
• Implement user-friendly features and enhancements to optimize the online shopping experience.
Account Management:
• Collaborate closely with vendors to maintain relationships and acquire new product inventory.
• Negotiate discounts and special promotions with vendors to drive sales and customer engagement.
Social Media Management:
• Upload new arrivals and create engaging content, including images and videos, for our social media platforms.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our e-commerce platform.
As an E-commerce Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our online retail business by managing various operational functions effectively. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in delivering exceptional service to our customers and driving growth in our online sales.
Key Requirements:
• Fluency in English (Both Writing and Verbal)
• Bachelors’ Degree in IT
• Website Management Skills
• Skills in Social Media Management and Stock Management will be an added advantage.
