# POSITION : Customer Support Executive


- Visit customer premises to troubleshoot problems
- Provide online troubleshooting and assistance to customers
- Conduct user training on Avenir software
- Conduct routine hardware/software maintenance on customers systems
- Attend customer support queries over the phone


- Experience with windows platform is a must
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Team player and can do attitude
- Willing to travel and a valid riding license
- Willing to work for extended hours
- Age below 24 years
