# POSITION : Customer Service Executive (Female)
# JOB ROLE :
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Providing customer service to enquires across all our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, G+, etc) and also to enquires over email, live chat, telephone calls.
- Answer enquiries, provide assistance for online orders, convert potential customers into real customers, encourage customers to shop with us.
- Make regular correspondence over social media and email.
- Make valuable and meaningful engagements with all customers, build rapport and increase customer’s confidence in our products, services and brand.
- Create, review, modify online orders. Track status of online orders and provide updates to customers and internal departments.
- Assist with the planning and scheduling of content on social media platforms.
- Be up to date with everything that is women's fashion, clothing, trends and styles.
# REQUIREMENTS :
Key skills and experience:
- An impeccable command of the English language.
- A great interest in women’s fashion, clothing, trends and styles.
- You should be a great communicator and eager to stay updated on current campaigns, -sales activities and strategies.
- At least 1-2 years experience in a similar customer care role.
- Experience using social media in a professional environment.
- Attention to detail, tech savvy and good computer and typing skills.
