They are looking to recruit an energetic person to handle their day to day coordinating activities with local & foreign clients.
# POSITION : Coordinator Cum Personal Assistant
# JOB ROLE :
~ Handle day-to-day customer's inquiry through phone, email or occasionally in person.
~ Effectively catering to walking customer requirements.
~ Quickly attending to matters of internal help desk & effectively responding
# REQUIREMENTS :
~ G.C.E. (A/L) or equivalent qualification
~ At least 3 years of previous experience in the same position.
~ High level of IQ
~ Precision & attention to detail
~ A hard working & an independent person person who is willing to work late hours when required.
~ Computer literacy (MS Office package, Internet & Email)
~ Fluency in English & Sinhala / Tamil languages.
