Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations.
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to the required standard.
Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and served at the correct temperature.
Manage and maintain kitchen equipment and ensure that it is kept clean and in good working
order.
Monitor and control food waste and kitchen expenses.
Follow all health and safety guidelines and food hygiene regulations.
Assist with the creation of new menu items and specials.
Train and mentor junior members of the kitchen team.
Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure that guests receive a high-quality dining
experience.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commi or a similar role in a high-end dining
establishment.
I have a passion for food and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
A positive and professional attitude.
Fluency in English.
A degree or diploma in culinary arts or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
