Manage team to meet delivery and quality KPIs assigned
# REQUIREMENTS :
- Train and develop new team members
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of process outcomes
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Engage in client account management
- Previous experience in revenue cycle management at a similar capacity
- Strong communication, problem solving, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proven team management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work the US Shift (7.30 pm to 4.00 am)
