# POSITION : Assistant Manager - Business Development
# Position Description ;
• Identifying and exploring new BPO opportunities for business development & exploring more opportunities within the existing clients.
# Overall Responsibility ;
• Identifying new BPO opportunities for business development
• Managing the entire sales cycle of proposal submission, follow-up till the close of BPO opportunity
• Initiate the contracting process till the contract is signed
• Achieve revenue and gross margin targets
• Work closely with delivery points in ensuring successful execution of projects
• Build up a personnel sales pipeline to set up for a long term success.

· PR - Selling Skills
· Negotiation skills
· Customer relationship Management
· Presentation skills
