Post Of Assistant Accountant (Female)
We are looking for an energetic Assistant Account to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team.
Educational Qualification:
- Qualification in a recognized accounting body
Requirements or Skills:
- knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and IT Skills, Friendly with in accounting software will be an added advantage.
Job description:
- Managing day-to-day transactions including receipts & payments.
- Writing Cheques & Maintaining Accounting & Financial Records,
- Handling & maintenance of Petty cash payments
- Recording and filing cash transactions,
- Controlling credit and cashing debit,
- Able to work with minimum supervision and self-discipline.
- Handling EPF & ETF related works
- Preparing salary sheets, paying & maintain records
- Preparing Service letters & pay sheets
- Making tax payments (PIT, Payee, VAT etc.)
